Michelle is a corporate and commercial lawyer with particular experience in the life sciences sector, having spent six months on secondment with BTG plc and four months on secondment with Astellas Pharma Europe Ltd. She advises clients on private M&A, equity fundraisings and joint ventures, and has previously advised on a range of commercial and strategic projects.
Michelle’s life sciences experience includes advising:
- BTG in relation to its joint underwritten cash box placing in connection with the acquisition of PneumRx, Inc.
- A FTSE 250 healthcare company in relation to the acquisition of a university spin out.
- Piramal Enterprises Limited on the sale of its molecular imaging business.
- Cell Medica on the acquisition of Catapult Therapy TCR Limited, a special purpose company set up by CGT Catapult, UCL Business and Imperial Innovations for the development of WT1-T cell receptor (TCR) cell therapy.
- On a wide range of commercial matters, including arrangements relating to the supply and distribution of products, consortium agreements, agency agreements and data protection issues.
