Jane Ng is a corporate partner with over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions, broadly with a PRC and regional focus.
She regularly advises listed companies on regulatory and compliance matters and has extensive experience advising on corporate governance, corporate secretarial practices, charities and employment.
Jane has extensive experience of advising on a broad range of matters in the healthcare sector, including advising:
- WelleCo (health food manufacturer) in relation to the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance in Hong Kong.
- 360 Healthcare on its proposed joint venture with various doctors to establish clinics in Hong Kong.
- A Biotech IPO.
