Catriona has been advising real estate investors, developers, landlord and tenants for over 20 years.
She has particular experience advising developers of industrial and life sciences sites. She draws on broad experience across the real estate sector to advise clients in the life sciences sector in respect of their real estate requirements, from site acquisition for development to occupiers' requirements.
Catriona's life sciences experience includes advising specialist investor, developer and operator in the science and innovation sector Mission Street, together with Bentall Green Oak, on site acquisition, development, overage arrangements and financing in connection with its portfolio of developments in Cambridge, Oxford and Bristol. She also regularly advises on the real estate aspects of M&A transactions in the life sciences sector.
